TRACING HER POWER from Inheritance to Intention is a live, experiential workshop where we surface and untangle the invisible loyalty contracts that quietly steer your choices—so you can choose on purpose, not out of pattern.

We inherit more than stories. We inherit loyalties—quiet agreements that shape how we love, lead, spend, speak, and stay small. Tracing Her Power is a gentle but unflinching journey into the women who walk behind us and the woman we are becoming. Together, we’ll map the mother lines (both maternal and paternal female lines), sense where energy got entangled or muted, and listen for the archetypal voices that keep us repeating what no longer fits.
Guided by the lenses of Carol S. Pearson and Marion Woodman, we’ll meet the inner figures that have organized our choices—then distinguish devotion from dutifulness, care from compliance, love from the cost of losing ourselves. Through object-based constellations, somatic cues, and clear language, we’ll surface the invisible contracts we live by and translate them into conscious choice.
Day one is witness and naming; day two is release and re-authoring. We’ll honor what we received, thank what we’re ready to lay down, and claim what we will carry forward—directing the recovered energy not just back into the family field but out into our work, relationships, and world. This is lineage work as leadership: remembering, repatterning, and re-claiming the architect of change within.

Somatic & Relational Leadership Educator | Trauma-Informed Space Holder | Vocal & Narrative Alchemist
Lisa guides individuals through somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied transformation. Lisa’s work bridges the silent stories held in the body with the spoken narratives that shape identity, offering a path toward integration, trust, and self-authority.
