Event Format: Live online group workshop with guided practices and Q&A (“Workshop”).

1) Scope

These Terms govern purchase and participation in the Workshop delivered by Dr. Rita S. Fierro and Lisa Rombach.

2) Tickets, pricing & taxes

• Ticket tiers (e.g., Supported Seat / Early Bird / Original Price) are shown on the checkout page.

• Our prices are VAT inclusive where it applies.

• Any bank/FX/platform fees are the participant’s responsibility.

3) Payment terms

• Pay in full at checkout or use an available payment plan.

• For payment plans, you authorize recurring charges on the specified dates.

• Failed payments must be remedied within 7 days; access may be paused or cancelled (no extension of access).

4) Cancellations, transfers & refunds

Right of withdrawal: As a dated live event, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales may not apply. Regardless, the Organizer offers this goodwill policy:

• Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and at before the Workshop start.

• 50% refund if requested 7–13 days before the Workshop start.

• No refunds within 6 days of the Workshop start or after the Workshop begins.

• Ticket transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 48 hours before start (email name + email).

If the Organizer cancels or materially reschedules, you may choose a full refund or credit/transfer.

5) Access & technology

• You are responsible for a stable internet connection and basic Zoom setup (audio/video as you prefer).

• The Zoom room typically opens a few minutes early for tech check.

6) Code of conduct & wellbeing

• We maintain a respectful, trauma-aware, non-partisan learning space. 

• Confidentiality: Participants are asked to keep shared experiences private; group settings cannot guarantee confidentiality. Share within your capacity.

• No therapy/medical advice: This educational Workshop is not psychotherapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your wellbeing and choices.

7) Recording & replay

• Sessions may be recorded and shared as a registrants-only replay for a limited window. Do not share.

• Please keep your camera on and display your name.

8) Intellectual property

All materials (curriculum, guides, worksheets, recordings) are the Organizer’s/faculty’s IP. Your ticket grants personal, non-transferable use. Do not copy, distribute, or teach from the materials without written permission.

9) Safety & liability

Participate within your physical/emotional limits; you may opt out of any exercise. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer/faculty are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for your ticket.

10) Accessibility

If you need reasonable accommodations (e.g., captions), please contact us in advance. We will do our best to support you.

11) Data protection

We process your data (name, email, purchase details) to deliver the Workshop and related service communications (links, reminders, replay). Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and can be unsubscribed at any time. We use reputable processors (e.g., Kajabi, Zoom).

12) Force majeure

The Organizer is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control (e.g., outages, illness, strikes). If substantially affected, we may reschedule or refund at our discretion.

13) Right to refuse service

We may remove participants who violate the Code of Conduct or jeopardize safety. Refunds in such cases are at the Organizer’s discretion.

14) Age

Participants must be 18+ (or have written guardian consent).

15) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by Austrian law (consumer protections remain unaffected). Venue is Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory consumer law specifies otherwise.
