Open & True is an emergent relational practice, designed to cultivate trust, resilience, and adaptive leadership - both in personal and professional environments. 

Whether through open circles, immersive labs, one-to-one sessions or a dedicated closed group journey, our work supports individuals, teams, and organizations in developing coherence, self-awareness, and fruitful ways of being and working together.

A hands-on, relational practice where presence sparks potential. Through guided experience, shared inquiry and emergent dialogue we foster the relational field - opening pathways to learning, clarity, connection, and trust.

We draw from Relatefulness, Surrendered Leadership, Systemic Consulting, Somatic Education, and Constructive Facilitation, bridging the worlds of personal transformation and collective intelligence.

HOW CAN I PRACTICE OPEN & TRUE?

• Monthly 2-hour Circles in Vienna on Fridays
• Monthly 4-hour Labs in Vienna on Saturdays
• 3-month closed online group
• One-to-One Sessions whenever it fits you (und us :-)

All our OPEN & TRUE events are fluid in English & German, depending on the groups' constellation.

LISA ROMBACH

Lisa brings a profound understanding of relational presence, somatic awareness, and embodied facilitation. With a background in Relatefulness, We-Flow Stewardship, Somatic Experiencing, and Systemic Coaching, she guides individuals and groups in deepening their relational intelligence, fostering trust, and navigating complex human dynamics with clarity and grace.

MICHAEL STADLOBER

Michael is a systemic consultant, leadership coach, and researcher with decades of experience shaping adaptive leadership frameworks and transformation processes within organizations. His expertise in self-organization, team coherence, and relational intelligence supports leaders and teams in integrating openness, truth, and embodied decision-making into their work.

Together, they bring Open & True to life as a practice that bridges personal transformation with systemic change.
