Meet Your Facilitators

Michael Stadlober brings decades of experience in systemic consulting, relational facilitation, and transformational leadership. With deep roots in Surrendered Leadership and Authentic Relating, he helps individuals and teams integrate relational intelligence, self-organization, and trust-based collaboration into their personal and professional lives.

Lisa Rombach is a skilled somatic & relational leadership educator, integrating her expertise in Somatic Experiencing, IFS, Relatefulness, and We-Flow. With 20 years of experience as a classical singer and a deep understanding of embodied presence, Lisa creates spaces where participants can experience resonant, transformative connection.

Together, we hold space for openness, attunement, and exploration, offering a grounded yet transformative experience of relational depth.

Terms and Conditions for OPEN & TRUE Circles & Labs at Circle of Nurture Studio

1. Participation and Fees

  • Participation in OPEN & TRUE Circles requires a fee of €30 per session.

  • Participation in OPEN & TRUE Labs requires a fee of €60 per session.

  • Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or cash upon arrival.

  • Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizers.

2. Registration and Cancellation Policy

  • Advance registration is required to secure a spot.

  • If you need to cancel your participation, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made later than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to create a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.

  • Confidentiality is a key principle of our gatherings; personal shares must remain within the group.

  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • By attending OPEN & TRUE Circles and Labs, participants agree to take full responsibility for their own well-being.

  • The organizers and facilitators are not liable for any injuries, emotional distress, or personal losses incurred during or as a result of the sessions.

  • These events are spaces for self-exploration and personal development and do not constitute therapy or psychological treatment.

5. Changes to Events

  • The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of cancellation, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their participation to a future event.

  • Die Zahlung muss im Voraus per Banküberweisung oder in bar bei Ankunft erfolgen.

  • Gebühren sind nicht erstattungsfähig, außer im Falle einer Absage der Veranstaltung durch die Organisatoren.

2. Anmeldung und Stornierungsbedingungen

  • Eine vorherige Anmeldung ist erforderlich, um einen Platz zu sichern.

  • Falls eine Teilnahme abgesagt werden muss, bitten wir um Benachrichtigung mindestens 48 Stunden im Voraus.

  • Stornierungen, die später als 48 Stunden vor der Sitzung erfolgen, sind nicht erstattungsfähig oder übertragbar.

3. Verhaltenskodex

  • Die Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet, eine sichere und respektvolle Umgebung für alle Anwesenden zu gewährleisten.

  • Vertraulichkeit ist ein zentraler Grundsatz unserer Treffen; persönliche Inhalte dürfen nicht außerhalb der Gruppe geteilt werden.

  • Jede Form von Diskriminierung, Belästigung oder störendem Verhalten wird nicht toleriert und kann zum sofortigen Ausschluss ohne Rückerstattung führen.

4. Haftungsausschluss

  • Durch die Teilnahme an OPEN & TRUE Circles und Labs übernehmen die Teilnehmer die volle Verantwortung für ihr eigenes Wohlbefinden.

  • Die Organisatoren und Moderatoren haften nicht für Verletzungen, emotionalen Stress oder persönliche Verluste während oder infolge der Sitzungen.

  • Diese Veranstaltungen sind Räume für Selbsterfahrung und persönliche Entwicklung und stellen keine Therapie oder psychologische Behandlung dar.

5. Änderungen an Veranstaltungen

  • Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, Sitzungen aufgrund unvorhergesehener Umstände zu ändern oder abzusagen.

  • Im Falle einer Absage erhalten registrierte Teilnehmer eine vollständige Rückerstattung oder die Möglichkeit, ihre Teilnahme auf eine zukünftige Veranstaltung zu übertragen.
