With over 15 years of experience working with mothers and daughters, Lisa blends her background as a classical singer, Feldenkrais practitioner, structural body worker and somatic educator to guide women in reconnecting with their inner wisdom. Her approach combines grounding somatic self regulation techniques, relational mindfulness, and creativity to help mothers thrive in every season of life.
