WITH ATTUNED TIMING...

YOU CAN TURN SESSIONS INTO PLACES OF DEEP REGULATION

We’re gathering in Vienna for a special in-person Master Class with Alé Duarte— a warm, intimate weekend of practice, reflection, and refinement.

Some of you have walked with Alé before— in trainings, study groups, or deep dives.

This time, we meet in a small circle to sharpen our perception, deepen our embodiment, and explore what becomes possible when we truly attune — to ourselves, to each other, and to the unfolding of a session.

The 4-day training introduces Sensoperceptive Tracking, a method Alé Duarte has developed over three decades.

We will explore:

  • How to track somatic micro-signals of disorganization and regulation

  • Tools for co-regulation in therapeutic dialogue, including guided touch and movement

  • Developmental movement patterns and internal orientation principles

  • Alé’s signature tracking schemas to support perception, integration, and repair

  • Live individual sessions, self-exploration, partner work, and case-based practice

Join a field of live exchange and shared curiosity

A 4-day experiential training to deepen your therapeutic sensitivity, refine your somatic perception, and support lasting transformation in your clients.

What we’re really cultivating as practitioners is not just knowledge — but perception.

Perception grows in good company, under attuned guidance, and with just the right amount of structure.

This weekend is a chance to be guided and supported — not from a curriculum, but in a field of live exchange and shared curiosity.

You’ll explore some of the resonant elements of Alé’s sensoperceptive work:

  • Tracking subtle signs of regulation, overwhelm, and restoration

  • Reading micro-movements and their developmental significance

  • Working with somatic schemas and orientation principles

  • Attuning to the “in-between” moments — the thresholds where new meaning and safety emerge

  • Letting our sessions be co-created: less doing, more seeing

This guide serves as a living reference for all participants.

It outlines the general structure of our shared journey, while remaining open to the needs and unfolding of each individual and of the group as a whole.

Every moment will inform what comes next. The schedule is a compass, not a contract.

Each participant will experience two personalized sessions, crafted in response to what emerges through body, image, and story. These sessions are the central moments of our time together—each one unique, responsive, and woven into the shared field of learning.

In the first session, we will explore the landscape of your experience: clarifying the scope of your needs, identifying the systems that support or challenge you, and uncovering the narratives or somatic patterns that may call for transformation.

In the second session, we will deepen and integrate what has surfaced, connecting symbolic, logical, and somatic dimensions into lived understanding.

As we witness and participate in each other’s processes, Alé will hold and weave insights from all sessions into the collective field—highlighting how a passage from one story may resonate with or illuminate another, creating building blocks of shared wisdom

Flow of the Workshop

Throughout our four days together, the individual sessions form the heart of the experience. Around them, we move through a rhythm of check-ins, reflections, and embodied practices that help integrate what unfolds. Story cubes, symbolic play, and creative expression—such as drawing, journaling, or working with masks—are woven naturally into the flow of the sessions, deepening our capacity to listen through image, sensation, and relationship. Shared reflections, peer dialogues, and collective moments of integration allow us to recognize how each personal process contributes to the wider field, forming a tapestry of learning that continues beyond our time together.

Confidentiality and Autonomy

Our shared experience rests on confidentiality and respect for personal boundaries.

Everything that unfolds within this space—stories, emotions, discoveries—remains held in trust by the group. Each participant has full autonomy to decide how much they wish to share, and when.

The process is always mediated with care, ensuring safety, attunement, and a constructive flow that allows everyone to participate at their own pace.

Post-Retreat Integration Call

To support ongoing integration, the group will be invited to gather again online for a shared reflection session on Zoom after the retreat.

This meeting will take place approximately two to four weeks later, depending on what feels right for the group.

The intention is to revisit insights, share what has continued to evolve, and reinforce the collective understanding that emerged during our time in Vienna.

Integration Notes – Continuing the Journey

The workshop concludes, but the process continues.

What was touched, seen, and felt here will keep moving within you—through images, sensations, relationships, and dreams.

In the days that follow, allow time for rest and reflection. Write, walk, draw, sing, or sit in stillness. Let integration happen through the body’s own rhythm.

You may notice subtle shifts in perception, behavior, or tone of presence. Welcome them without haste.

The body speaks in circles, not lines. It carries memory and renewal.

What you have experienced here will echo in new forms of awareness, capacity, and connection.

Let your body continue to teach you how it wants to live what it has learned.
